The Agency for Civil Service Affairs reports that state employees have paid approximately 50 million tenge in fines out of their own pockets. According to the data, 1,600 violations were recorded within government structures, leading to millions of tenge in personal financial penalties.

Key Statistics for 2025:

• Online Shift: 94% of all citizen requests to the state were submitted online.

• Primary Concerns: Citizens were most concerned with issues regarding land relations, the performance of local administrations, and branches of the "Government for Citizens" State Corporation.

• Main Complaints: Most grievances focused on processing times - specifically, failing to receive certificates, permits, or official responses on time.

The Agency announced that 1,600 employees were fined, 447 of whom are high-ranking officials (heads of departments/organizations). In total, 49.5 million tenge was recovered and paid into the state budget.
