Regulatory authorities strip medical facilities, including dental clinics, of legal permits following systemic statutory non-compliance.

A total of 78 healthcare organizations across Kazakhstan have had their operating licenses officially revoked during the first nine months of 2026 due to legal non-compliance, according to the Ministry of Health.

The Ministry’s Committee for Medical and Pharmaceutical Control released its inspection and oversight summary covering the three-quarter period. Regional departments initiated court proceedings to terminate the licenses of non-compliant entities, ultimately resulting in 78 facilities losing their right to render medical services, with dental practices listed among the impacted businesses.

Health officials emphasized that these regulatory sanctions aim to safeguard patient safety, enforce strict adherence to licensing regulations, and heighten accountability among healthcare providers. The ministry reaffirmed that the authority to offer medical care remains strictly contingent upon uncompromised compliance with established legal and safety standards.
