Uzbekistan and the United States have signed 54 agreements totaling roughly $12 billion. The deals span aviation, railway manufacturing, critical minerals extraction, energy, digital technology, and finance, according to reporting by gazeta.uz.

Under the accords, US-based GE Aerospace will supply engines for Uzbekistan Airways' new fleet, while Wabtec will participate in localizing the production of railway equipment and components directly in Uzbekistan.

A dedicated cluster of agreements targets capital attraction and helping Uzbek enterprises access global financial markets. Major institutions including Franklin Templeton, Oppenheimer & Co., Citigroup, and BlackRock will support efforts to draw institutional investors and fund infrastructure development.

In the mining sector, the two nations plan to explore and develop mineral deposits, advance technical expertise, and secure raw material supply chains. ReElement Technologies, Traxys, and Trafigura are participating in these ventures aimed at expanding Uzbekistan's footprint in critical minerals.

Additionally, Amazon Leo will work on expanding satellite communications, GE HealthCare will assist in deploying modern medical technologies, and Valmont Industries will optimize agricultural productivity.

According to the Ministry of Investment, Industry and Trade, the business event gathered over 100 American firms, around 100 companies from across Central Asia, and nearly 200 Uzbek enterprises.

The agreements follow a recent official visit by US President Donald Trump to Uzbekistan.
