Who Received the Highest Salaries – Ministry of Labor Data

In November 2025, the highest salaries were offered to chief builders, production site managers, and air traffic controllers, according to an analysis by the Enbek.kz electronic job exchange, reported by the Ministry of Labor.

Highest Salaries

In November, the top salaries were offered to the following professions:

• Chief builders – over 640,000 KZT

• Production site managers – over 595,000 KZT

• Air traffic controllers – over 568,000 KZT

Among job seekers, the highest expected salaries were recorded for pilots (on average 1.9 million KZT), as well as IT department heads and chief geologists (approximately 1.2 million KZT each).

Decrease in Market Activity

In November, 101,100 vacancies were posted on Enbek.kz, which is 23% lower than in October, a decline attributed to seasonal factors.

Despite the overall decrease, vacancy growth was observed in the following sectors:

• Mining industry – +26%

• Administrative services – +19%

• Agriculture – +11%

The largest reductions occurred in:

• Entertainment and leisure services – -55%

• Public administration – -40%

• Energy sector – -38%

Leading Regions

The regions with the highest number of posted vacancies were:

• Turkistan Region – 11,100

• Astana – 9,300

• Almaty – 7,200

Most In-Demand Professions

Based on the number of vacancies, the most in-demand professions were:

• Nurses – 1,900

• Sanitary workers – 1,800

• Educators and drivers – 1,500 each
