The Trump administration has moved toward planning one of its most dangerous military operations to date.According to reports from The Washington Post and Deutsche Welle, the Pentagon has presented the President with a detailed scenario for the forcible seizure of approximately 450 kg of highly enriched uranium directly from Iranian territory.

The operation is described as an extremely complex engineering and assault mission. It would involve a ground invasion requiring the deployment of heavy earth-moving equipment to breach fortified bunkers. Additionally, the plan includes the construction of temporary runways deep within Iranian territory to facilitate the landing of heavy transport aircraft.

The main objectives are the nuclear facilities in Isfahan and Natanz. The operation's difficulty lies in the fact that the storage vaults in Isfahan are located more than 90 meters underground. This depth makes them immune to conventional airstrikes, necessitating physical excavation while under continuous enemy fire.

The White House emphasizes that the plan remains an "option" rather than a final decision. However, the mere fact that such preparations are being made indicates a critical escalation of the ongoing crisis.
