Two Kazakh Citizens Found Dead at Industrial Plant in Russia

The bodies of two citizens of Kazakhstan were discovered on January 14 on the grounds of the Cherepovets Metallurgical Plant. The information was released by the Russian company Severstal.

The deceased were employees of subcontracting organizations and were working at the facility located in Cherepovets. The specific circumstances surrounding their deaths are currently under investigation.

"The causes of death are being investigated, and special services are currently working on-site," Severstal stated in an official announcement.

Law enforcement agencies have initiated a formal inquiry into the incident. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Vologda Region confirmed that an investigative-operational team has been dispatched to the scene.

"Employees of the Cherepovets investigative department are conducting an inspection of the site and carrying out all necessary procedural actions," the department reported.

Authorities are currently working to establish the exact causes and circumstances leading to the deaths of the Kazakh nationals.
