U.S. President Donald Trump stated during an interview with journalists in Washington that the military campaign against Iran could conclude very soon, potentially within two to three weeks, according to the BBC.

The White House leader claimed that the primary objective of the armed conflict - preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons - has been fully achieved. Mr. Trump noted that the war could end even sooner if both parties reach a peace agreement, adding that official Tehran is in greater need of such a deal than the United States.

Despite these claims, geopolitical tensions have intensified following recent statements from Iran. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) issued a warning that it would target American technology giants, specifically Apple, Microsoft, Google, Meta, Tesla, and Boeing. Tehran alleges that these corporations are directly involved in tracking and eliminating Iranian leaders using artificial intelligence and modern technology. IRGC representatives urged employees of these companies to immediately vacate their workplaces and move to safe locations.

For his part, Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed readiness to end the war, provided there are firm guarantees that U.S. aggression will not be repeated.

Furthermore Trump emphasized that the security of the strategically vital Strait of Hormuz should no longer be the responsibility of the United States, but rather the duty of the other nations that utilize the waterway. Experts believe that even if military actions cease, it will still take significant time for global logistics and oil prices to stabilize.
