Trump Gifts the "Key to the White House" to Tokayev

The American leader described the President of Kazakhstan as a "wonderful person and an experienced statesman."

Donald Trump sent several gifts to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, according to the President's Press Secretary, Ruslan Zheldibay.

Following the ceremony for the presentation of credentials, the U.S. President met with Kazakhstan's Ambassador, Magzhan Ilyassov, and shared his impressions of his meeting with Tokayev at the White House.

"The American leader sent warm greetings to the President of Kazakhstan, expressed his respect, and described him as a 'wonderful person and an experienced statesman with a deep and serious understanding of international processes,'" Zheldibay wrote.

U.S. President Donald Trump also sent several gifts to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, including a symbolic key to the White House and a baseball cap featuring his signature.
