The Head of State reviewed the progress of labor market development and the modernization of the social support system. During the meeting, the Minister reported on the key priorities and strategic plans for the current year.
A Shift Toward Quality Employment

The Ministry is transitioning to new methods of public employment. Moving forward, the emphasis will shift from temporary public works to the creation of permanent and high-paying jobs. A primary focus will be placed on the employment of NEET youth and aligning the education system with current market demands.

To ensure that Targeted Social Assistance (TSA) reaches those truly in need, "digital assessment" tools will be widely implemented. Additionally, the government will continue the practice of mandatory employment for able-bodied citizens through the use of social contracts.

In addition to ensuring the stability of the pension system, the department is introducing new mechanisms to support persons with disabilities:

  • Developing a per-capita financing model for specialized services.
  • Improving access to rehabilitation equipment.
  • Creating inclusive workplaces specifically designed for people with disabilities.

The management of migration processes will be refined to maintain the country’s demographic balance. The core of the new migration policy will involve systematically regulating internal relocation and protecting the domestic labor market.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the President assigned the Minister specific tasks to increase household incomes, ensure the fairness of social assistance, and integrate digital solutions into the labor protection system.
