During a visit to a Ford plant in Michigan, U.S. President Donald Trump became the center of a scandal following an emotional reaction to a shout from the crowd. A video circulating on social media shows the President flipping his middle finger at one of the workers and twice using profanity.

According to American media reports, the incident was triggered by someone in the crowd shouting the phrase "protector of pedophiles." The remark was linked to criticism of Trump regarding the case of Jeffrey Epstein, the financier accused of sexual exploitation of minors, whose investigation materials were partially declassified earlier.

The White House described the President's reaction as justified, stating that Trump was responding to a direct insult. Later, factory employee T.J. Sabula confirmed to journalists that he was the one who shouted at the President. Sabula has been temporarily suspended from work pending an internal investigation.

The incident has sparked a heated debate in the United States regarding the appropriateness of such behavior by a head of state and the boundaries of public reactions to provocations.
