In Kazakhstan, the application process for the January 2026 Unified National Testing (UNT) has been completed. About 187,000 people expressed their intention to take the test. This is 20,000 more compared to last year, according to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

The UNT will be held from January 10 to February 10. The testing format remains unchanged: a total of 120 questions in three compulsory subjects and two profile  subjects. The maximum score is 140 points.
