According to a new study published in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, breaking the habit of "sitting still" at your desk is the most reliable way to overcome fatigue.

In an experiment involving more than 11,000 employees, scientists identified an optimal algorithm for increasing productivity. According to their findings:

"A Five-Minute Walk": Getting up from your chair and moving for just 5 minutes every hour improves blood circulation and boosts brain function. This method does not disrupt the work rhythm; on the contrary, it helps improve mood, sharpens memory, and enhances focus.

According to the study's lead researcher, Keith Diaz, walking while taking phone calls or taking short walks around the office are the most accessible ways to maintain health while keeping work efficiency at a high level.

"You don't need complicated exercises to refresh a body accustomed to sitting. A light 5-minute movement every hour is the fastest and most scientifically proven tool to combat fatigue," the experts conclude.

By incorporating this method into their daily work schedule, employees can get rid of chronic evening fatigue and feel more energized.
