To ensure no student is left without shelter ahead of the new academic year, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan has set up a Republican Crisis Center hosted at Kazakh National Women's Teacher Training University (QYZPU). As announced by Minister Sayasat Nurbek, this facility acts as an immediate response platform to monitor and manage student housing issues across the country.

The initiative specifically targets non-resident students who struggle to secure accommodation upon arriving in their university's city. Staff at the center offer real-time assistance and consultations to quickly resolve placement bottlenecks during peak arrival periods.

Students and parents facing housing difficulties can reach out through the following direct hotlines:

  • +7 700 950 95 28

  • +7 727 237 01 70

This dedicated service guarantees that any arriving student unable to find housing receives immediate official guidance and placement support.
