Sensata Group Issues Bonds for the First Time, Opening New Investment Opportunity
Sensata Group has announced that it will place its bonds on Kazakhstan’s capital market. The company registered a bond program worth 100 billion tenge and issued securities worth 10.01 billion tenge as the first tranche.
According to representatives of Sensata Group, this decision is considered an important step in the company’s financial strategy.
“This is a logical and important step for us, demonstrating the stability of our financial model and transparency of our processes. By using open instruments, the company enhances its investment attractiveness and paves the way for long-term partnerships,”the company reported.
The placement process was financially advised by AIFC Green Finance Centre Ltd, while Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC provided full analytical support during the bond issuance to the market.
The company plans to use the funds raised from the bonds to expand its project portfolio and increase production capacity, including the development of the Uniton autoclaved aerated concrete plant, which was launched in 2024.
“The bond placement strengthens the capital market and opens new opportunities for investors. Considering the company’s stability and the quality of its projects, we expect high demand. For retail investors, the securities are available via the Tabys Pro mobile application,” said Anzor Botashev, Chairman of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC.
