The situation in the Middle East continues to escalate as the consequences of strikes on civilian targets within Iranian territory grow increasingly severe. According to the latest reports, the death toll from the attack on the "Shajareh Tayyebe" girls' school in the Minab district of Hormozgan province has reached 153 people. Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmaeil Baghaei warned that the number of victims could rise further as people remain trapped under the rubble.

The devastating strike on the school occurred on February 28, the first day of the military operation. According to official data from the city administration, another 95 people sustained various degrees of injuries. Additionally, a missile struck a sports complex in the city of Lamerd, resulting in the deaths of approximately 20 young women who were playing volleyball at the time.

As a reminder, on Saturday, the United States and Israel launched large-scale military actions against Iran. While the White House and Tel Aviv stated that this move was intended to eliminate Iran's nuclear potential and facilitate regime change, Tehran characterized the action as "unprovoked aggression" and responded by striking U.S. bases in several countries across the region.
