“Referendum – 2026” Online Marathon Concludes: Exit Poll Results Announced

On March 15, 2026, a significant event in the nation’s political landscape, the “Referendum – 2026” online marathon, reached its grand finale. Organized by the "Qazaqstan" Television and Radio Corporation, this event transcended political discussion to become a truly innovative

The marathon featured five thematic platforms, bringing together everyone from prominent public figures to young inventors. The Innovation Platform drew particular attention, showcasing a first-of-its-kind hologram show alongside robot dogs and firefighting robots. Spectators also witnessed unique domestic projects, such as a mechanical heart for human transplantation and "smart gloves" designed for miners.

Political engagement reached record-breaking levels during the event: more than 10 million citizens voted in support of the new Constitution. Additionally, 10,000 compatriots abroad participated, demonstrating high levels of civic activity.

One of the marathon’s most moving segments was the award ceremony for the “Kind Soul” (Qaiyrymdy Zhan) category. Attendees were inspired by the heroism of Erlan Toksanbayev, who rescued five children from a fire, and eco-activist Timur Khasenov, who collected 22 tons of waste.

The event, which was broadcast live across all social media platforms, concluded with the announcement of the first official exit poll results of the referendum.
