Olympics 2026: Kazakhstan Unveils New National Team Uniforms

The Minister of Tourism and Sports, Erbol Myrzabosynov, has officially presented the equipment that Kazakhstani athletes will wear at the XXV Winter Olympic Games.

"The equipment kit includes ceremonial uniforms for the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as insulated outerwear for use during sporting events. Additionally, the collection features specialized gear for training, warm-ups, and daily wear," Myrzabosynov stated during a government meeting.

The full set consists of 22 different items. The Minister emphasized that the sports uniforms were purchased using off-budget funds.

The Olympic Games are scheduled to take place in Italy from February 6 to 22, 2026. Kazakhstan has allocated 13.3 billion tenge to prepare for the upcoming competition.
