Nurorda Almaty Students Achieve Outstanding Results at the Zhautykov Olympiad

Students from Nurorda Almaty school demonstrated exceptional performance at the International Zhautykov Olympiad (IZhO), held from January 10 to 15, 2026, at the Republican Physics and Mathematics School (RPMS) in Almaty.

Competing as part of the Almaty city team and the National Team of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the students represented their country with great distinction. 

In the Mathematics category, Nurorda Almaty students secured two gold, two silver, and two bronze medals. Specifically:

• Anuar Agibayev and Amirkhan Kudaybergenov – Gold Medals
• Erasyl Altynbek and Iliyas Ashken – Silver Medals
• Aruzhan Batyrkhan and Ali Erkebulanuly – Bronze Medals

In the Physics category, Abylaikhan Zholaman won a silver medal, adding another prestigious award to the team’s tally. Thanks to these impressive achievements, Nurorda Almaty has emerged among the leaders in the school rankings for mathematics, once again proving its high quality of education and the excellent level of student preparation on an international stage. The school administration and teaching staff congratulated the winners and wished them continued success in future international competitions.
