Nauryz Sale: Massive 70% Discounts Hit Kazakhstan's Biggest Malls

In celebration of the Nauryz holiday, Kazakhstan will launch a large-scale national campaign, "Nauryz Sale," from March 13 to 23. The initiative aims to support domestic producers, stimulate internal trade, and create a festive atmosphere for citizens and visitors alike.

Retailers and shopping malls will offer discounts ranging from 10% to 70%. Promotional items will be easily identifiable via "Nauryz" branded signage and special banners.

Approximately 300 entities nationwide are taking part, including 140 shopping malls (such as Mega, Shymkent Plaza, and Keruen), 140 retail chains (including Magnum, Small, and Galmart), and 20 e-commerce platforms.

Specialized zones will feature Kazakhstani-made products at prices averaging 10–20% lower than the standard market rate.

Major cities (Astana, Almaty, Shymkent, etc.) will host national-themed photo zones. Visitors can try on traditional attire from the "Tarbie" brand for commemorative photos.

"Sauda in Digital Nauryz" Competition

From March 13 to 20, a digital contest will be held among commercial businesses. Participants will compete in decorating their venues using Artificial Intelligence and creative digital solutions. To enter, businesses must post a video on Instagram with the hashtag #saudadigitalnauryz. Winners will be announced and awarded on March 20.
