Due to the temporary suspension of flights caused by military conflicts in the Middle East, the Air Astana Group is providing urgent assistance to its passengers. According to the airline's press service, 735 citizens of Kazakhstan who were unable to reach their destinations have been provided with temporary hotel accommodation at the company's expense.

The group includes 174 passengers in Doha, 330 in Dubai, and 231 passengers from the February 28 Almaty–Dubai flight, which was diverted to Delhi.

The airline provided passengers with free accommodation for one day. Additionally, agreements were reached with the Flora Al Barsha and Flora Creek hotels in Dubai to offer special discounted rates for Kazakhstani citizens after the initial 24-hour free stay expires. Experts advise that for further return arrangements or legal assistance, passengers should contact the emergency hotlines of Kazakhstan's foreign missions.

Meanwhile, the authorities of the United Arab Emirates have also announced extensive measures to mitigate the consequences of the regional emergency. According to Gulf News, the UAE General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) has redistributed flights between airports and strengthened coordination to prevent crowding at terminals. Arabic media reports that the UAE government has covered the hotel and meal expenses for more than 20,200 passengers whose flights were delayed. Hotels in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have also been instructed to extend the stays of tourists until flights are restored. Passengers are currently advised to check their flight status directly with their respective airlines.
