Kazakhstan Triumphs at the Asian Boxing Championships

The Men's Asian Boxing Championships, held under the World Boxing banner in the capital of Mongolia, has concluded. The Kazakhstan national team took the lead in the overall standings, officially becoming the top team on the continent.

Our compatriots secured a total of 8 medals during the tournament. The gold medalists crowned as Asian Champions include:

• Orazbek Asylkulov (60 kg)

• Sabyrzhan Akalykov (75 kg)

• Nurbek Oralbay (85 kg)

• Aibek Oralbay (+90 kg)

Additionally, Torekhan Sabyrkhan (70 kg) earned a silver medal, while three other Kazakhstani boxers claimed bronze. With 4 gold medals, Kazakhstan surpassed its main rival, Uzbekistan (3 golds), to secure first place in the final medal count.
