Kazakhstan Temporarily Halts Pension Withdrawal Applications

Kazakhstan will temporarily suspend the submission of applications for one-time pension withdrawals. According to krisha.kz, applications can be submitted until 18:00 on December 31, 2025.

After this time, the service will be unavailable. The Unified Accumulative Pension Fund (ENPF) stated that the platform enpf-otbasy.kz will resume operations on January 5, 2026, at 08:00.

Consequently, from the evening of December 31 until the morning of January 5, citizens will be unable to submit new requests for partial pension withdrawals. Previously submitted applications will continue to be processed as usual.
