During an expanded cabinet meeting, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov announced a strategic shift to increase the share of wages in the national GDP from 31% to a global target of 40%. To achieve this, the Government is preparing a comprehensive package of financial and tax incentives aimed at raising salaries and creating high-quality jobs by 2026.

In addition to income growth, the Prime Minister emphasized a push for total digital transformation. Under the upcoming "Digital Qazaqstan" strategy, the state will focus on:

• Integrating Artificial Intelligence into the real sector of the economy.

• Systematizing national databases to eliminate current inefficiencies.

• Supporting entrepreneurship through modernized, tech-driven infrastructure.

The dual priority for the coming year remains clear: ensuring real growth in citizens' purchasing power while building a unified digital national program.
