Kazakh alpine skier Alexandra Skorokhodova won the gold medal at an international tournament held in Italy, the National Olympic Committee of Kazakhstan (NOC) reported.

“Kazakh athlete Alexandra Skorokhodova became the champion of the FIS international alpine skiing tournament in Pozza di Fassa, Italy. Our compatriot won the gold medal in the women’s slalom event, finishing with a time of 01:39.67,” the official statement said.

Final Standings:

  1. Alexandra Skorokhodova (Kazakhstan) – Gold

  2. Jun Garitano Iturbe (Spain) – Silver

  3. Emma Guggenheimer (USA) – Bronze
