Instagram officially allows anonymous Story viewing through new premium subscription

This move marks a significant shift for the platform, offering everyday users access to exclusive, "spy-like" features for a small monthly fee.

The most talked-about feature of the new subscription is the ability to view Stories completely undetected. For the first time, users can watch a post without appearing in the creator's viewer list. Conversely, subscribers will gain a "Rewatch" metric, allowing them to see exactly how many times their own Stories have been re-viewed - perfect for identifying who has a "special interest" in their content.

Unlike "Meta Verified," which focuses on blue badges and security, this service is designed specifically to enhance the daily user experience.
