In-Flight Emergency: Health Minister Assists Passenger

On morning flight KC622 from Astana to Almaty, a passenger suddenly fell ill just before takeoff, alarming fellow travelers, according to a report shared on Threads and cited by Qrnews.kz.

According to the account, the plane was already preparing for takeoff on the runway when a cry for help was heard. Passengers called the flight attendants, asking for a doctor. The young woman began feeling nauseous and complained of a sudden deterioration in her condition.

A woman quickly stepped in to assist, helping the passenger regain consciousness and checking her blood pressure, which turned out to be high. The cabin crew brought tissues, water, bags, medicine, and hot tea, while the girl’s companion, seated in another row, stayed nearby.

The flight attendant asked the two women whether they were doctors or accompanying persons. The one providing assistance quietly identified herself as a doctor and continued helping. Afterward, the passenger was asked if she could continue the flight. She agreed, and the crew resumed preparations for takeoff.

Later, the author of the post clarified that the woman who provided medical assistance was Health Minister Akmaral Alnazarova, who happened to be on board and personally helped the passenger until her condition stabilized.
