Imanbek Awarded the “Qurmеt” Order

ImanbekZeikenov, the first Kazakh to receive a Grammy Award, has been conferred the state “Qurmеt” Order. This was announced by Aida Balaeva, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan and Minister of Culture and Information.

According to the minister, the award was presented to Imanbek Zeikenov, a music producer, and Karlygash Kalilakhanova, former Head of the Department for Implementing Congress Initiatives at the Center for Interfaith and Interreligious Dialogue.

Additionally, Erkebulan Toktar was awarded the title “Honored Worker of Kazakhstan”.

Aida Balaeva congratulated all the recipients, expressing appreciation for their contributions to the country’s cultural life and societal development.
