Forecasters at "Kazhydromet" have issued a spring surprise for the upcoming weekend (March 28-30). While most of the country will enjoy mild, dry spring weather, the southern regions are set to experience a premature heatwave, with temperatures soaring to levels usually seen in mid-summer.

• Southern Kazakhstan: Extreme warmth expected, with daytime highs reaching +23°C to +30°C.

• Western Regions: Warm but unstable, with temperatures between +18°C and +27°C.

• Central Kazakhstan: Pleasant spring conditions, ranging from +15°C to +25°C.

• Eastern Regions: Moderate warming between +12°C and +20°C.

• Northern Regions: Fresher air, with highs of +10°C to +17°C.

Weather Warning: High Winds and Dust Storms

The rapid rise in temperature brings its own set of challenges. Authorities warn of strengthening winds across most of the republic. Specifically:
