The platform integrates directly into existing Point-of-Sale (POS) software to analyze employee performance in real-time. The AI evaluates several key metrics:

* Script Adherence: Whether employees follow established communication protocols.

* Upselling Efficiency: Tracking if staff offer promotions and additional products.

* Service Quality: Real-time analysis of customer interactions.
