Elnur Beisenbai Appointed Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Presidential Administration

By the decree of the Head of State, Elnur Beisenbai has been appointed as the Head of the Internal Policy Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Prior to this appointment, Elnur Sabyrzhanuly Beisenbayev served as a Deputy of the Mazhilis (the Lower House of Parliament) and held the position of Executive Secretary of the AMANAT Party. He has extensive experience in public administration, youth policy, and the management of socio-political processes.

• Local Government: Served as the Head of the Youth Policy Department of Almaty and as an Advisor to the Akim (Mayor) of Astana.
• Political Leadership: Held various leadership roles within party and public structures.
• Legislative Work: Actively participated as a member of working groups focused on Parliamentary and Constitutional reforms.

Born in 1986, Elnur Beisenbai is an alumnus of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. He holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Political Science.
