State Counselor Erlan Karin has announced significant reforms aimed at advancing science, education, and child safety. According to Karin, child protection measures - which were previously fragmented across various agencies - have now been consolidated into a single, unified program titled "Children of Kazakhstan," developed under the direct order of the President.

In addition to child safety initiatives, a new concept for the development of "science towns" has been approved, and school-based educational and disciplinary work has been restructured.

The State Counselor also highlighted the adoption of a new comprehensive plan to combat drug addiction. Furthermore, for the first time in Kazakhstan’s history, a conceptual document has been established to systematize the country's internal policy directions.
