According to exit poll results conducted by the Institute of Eurasian Integration, 86.7% of citizens who participated in the referendum voted in favor of the new version of the Constitution. This was announced in the institute's final research report.

The survey was conducted across 129 cities and 71 villages, involving approximately 30,000 citizens. According to the institute's data, the voter turnout for the referendum reached 75.3%.

Furthermore, alternative polls conducted by "Socis-A" and Zakon.kz showed similar results: according to their data, the level of support for the new Basic Law reached 87.4%.
