The Supreme Audit Chamber conducted a state audit of the activities of "Electronic Finance Center" JSC, identifying several shortcomings and problematic issues.

The audit revealed gaps in strategic management, outdated internal regulatory documents, inconsistencies in service cost calculation methods, and information security concerns. Furthermore, it was discovered that some systems were being used in full operational mode despite being formally in the testing phase, creating risks of unauthorized interference.

The audit identified 566 million tenge in financial violations and 13.5 billion tenge in inefficient use of funds.

The Supreme Audit Chamber has developed recommendations and instructions for all identified issues, which will remain under supervision until fully implemented.
